As a newsletter subscriber, you will be asked to provide the following information:

- Providing the above data is required to send you updates and our newsletter.
If you would like to contact us, you will be asked to provide the following information:

- Phone number
- Address
- Type of Inquiry
- A message detailing your inquiry.
- Providing the above data is required to respond to your inquiry request.
Please be advised, your email address is used to send you important information about the Foundation and updates on our programs, projects, and activities. The POP Foundation is committed to ensuring our donor’s privacy is protected by using technology that encrypts or disguises all information that you provide. We can do this by using a secure server that utilizes SSL encryption. Additionally, all sensitive information that you provide is stored in secure databases in-house.

Outside of a third-party site that we use to process your donations, the Foundation does not sell, trade, or share donor’s private information with other organizations that intend to use it to market their products or services.
We may share your information if it is required by law and to any third parties, such as lawyers, accountants, advisors, who work with the Foundation and maintain the same confidentiality as any employee.
Can you access or update the information you give to us?

If you registered to receive communications from us and later change your mind, you may ask that your name and contact information be removed from our distribution list. You can send your request to the email or mailing address located at the end of this policy.
Are children allowed to access the Foundation’s website?
We are committed to helping the youth in Nevada succeed and offer or help fund programs that help to ensure their success. We hope that children, with their parent’s supervision, will visit our website together to learn about the Foundation and any opportunities for children to participate. We do not intentionally collect personal information from people under the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 who would like more information on our privacy policy, please have your parents contact us at the email or mailing address located at the end of this policy.
Will there be changes to our Privacy Policy?
Our Privacy Policy is current as indicated by the “Last Modified” date legend at the top of this page.
